The check-in staff were super friendly! Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy, with crumbs under the sheets and an unsealed door, made me feel unsafe 😩

The location favourable and convenient in the middle of jackson. Very comfy beds and climate control and flat-screen TV. Amiable, amicable staff towards all guests.

Everything was good and rooms were clean and amazingly comfortable. I enjoyed the room, the bed was very comfy. The rate was me$ 62. Convenient and good location near to the train station, I felt safe. Also, this hotel was situated 3 miles from tourist destination like Rowland Nature Preserve. Everything met the criteria, I would happily go back again.

The laundry facilities were backed up for three hours because of excessive use by other guests, leading to a late-night trip to a laundromat. The location was decent, but I expected more for the price. They did offer local fruits at breakfast, a nice touch.

It was just a good match for a city break in Elyria with best value. They offered a great outdoor swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a long day. Bring your own toiletries, as they might not provide everything you need.

the hotel's friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, and I loved being just less than a 5-minute walk to Cascade Park, where I could unwind amidst beautiful green landscapes and nature trails.

The King Room was okay, but the towels were definitely old and worn out, a bummer. The bed was not great-felt pretty basic. On the plus side, the room was spacious with a fridge and microwave. The location was decent, near where we needed to be, but I expected a bit more for the price.

The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast spread was fun, especially the cool pancake machine. Our Beautiful Double Room wasnice and neat, perfect for our large family with four babies. The front desk staff were super accommodating!

In my wife's opinion, a few more family-friendly amenities would be great.

The location here is fantastic, just a short distance from the Kantor Kellett Gallery, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area, plus we were placed in a comfortable double room right away.

The staff was great and welcoming. the room was updated and had a very comfy bed. the hotel is in a comfortable and great location. Bellagio Pizza, just feet away, made for a nice evening out.
